We’re looking for a Quality Control Specialist to support manual testing and product operations for international client projects. The role focuses on testing client applications from an end-user perspective, identifying issues, and ensuring a smooth and reliable user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing of client web applications and platforms
  • Log into applications and verify authentication and authorization flows
  • Check that buttons, forms, and navigation work correctly
  • Validate key user journeys and identify functional issues
  • Report and track bugs using Jira
  • Clearly document issues and testing results
  • Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on reported issues
  • Provide feedback on usability and overall product experience

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in IT companies or startup environments
  • Experience with manual testing or application testing is a plus
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing/issue tracking systems
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to think quickly and investigate issues logically
  • Good spoken and written English for communication with international teams
