Location: United States (Remote)

Engagement: Independent Contractor (1099)

Term: Initial 3-month project (extension subject to mutual agreement)

Industry: IT Services / Engineering Staffing / Outstaffing

Responsibilities

Scope (Outcome-Based)

• Generate qualified introductions to US-based tech decision-makers

• Conduct discovery and qualification conversations

• Prepare qualified prospects for founder-led closing discussions

• Test messaging and provide market feedback

• Deliver periodic progress updates against agreed milestones

Requirements

Ideal Consultant Profile

• 5+ years delivering B2B sales results in IT services/outstaffing

• Proven ability to open doors with US mid-market/enterprise companies

• Existing network of US tech buyers (CTO, VP Eng, Product leaders)

• Operates as independent consultant with established business entity

• Strong commercial acumen and executive communication skills

Business Requirements

• Must operate under registered business entity (LLC/Corporation) with valid EIN

• Must carry appropriate business insurance (Errors & Omissions recommended)

• Must provide 2+ recent references

• Responsible for all taxes, expenses, and regulatory compliance

 

Hiring Process

1. Initial discussion (30 minutes)

2. Scope & deliverables alignment (60 min)

3. Business verification (references)

4. Consulting agreement execution

Conditions

Compensation Structure

• Monthly Retainer: $6,000 - $10,000 (based on agreed deliverables scope)

Сommission:  Earn 10% of the deal margin on every contract you close for the entire duration of every deal

• Payment Terms: Retainer monthly upon invoice; commission upon client payment
